The Shawna Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Our mission is to support and showcase artists in filmmaking, performance arts and creative endeavors with a focus on underrepresented communities.

We grant local scholarships to average students in Uxbridge and Southbridge.
We host two film festivals in Worcester, The Shawna Shea Film Festival and the Mass Indie Film Fest. We host a free library poetry tour in Uxbridge and Milford five times a year. We host free monthly folm screenings in Southbridge. We have a Women in Film Fellowship where we fund and mentor first time female filmmakers. We have an artists microgrant.
